    1. A Dealer Member that does not keep its clients’ free credit balances:

      1. segregated in trust for clients in an account with an acceptable institution, and

      2. separate from other money the Dealer Member receives, must clearly write the following or equivalent on all statements of account it sends to clients:

        1. “Any free credit balances represent funds payable on demand which, although properly recorded in our books, may not be segregated and may be used in the conduct of our business.”
