Cyber governance and risk management

Earlier this year, IIROC published a “Cyber Governance Guide”. In this webcast, we discuss elements of the guide including the importance of good governance in building a robust cybersecurity program at a firm. We also talk about how to identify and manage key cybersecurity risks, and what legal and insurance aspects need to be taken into consideration.

Suzanne Lasrado, Senior Manager, Financial & Operations Compliance at IIROC, moderates a discussion with the following experts:

  • Cameron Johnston, Juno Risk Solutions Inc.
  • Bradley J. Freedman, Partner and National Co-Leader, Cybersecurity Group, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP
  • Brian Rosenbaum, Senior Vice-President and National Claims Director, Aon

This webcast will be available for viewing on October 29, 2020 at 7:00 am Eastern time and on a 24/7 basis after that date.)

Your participation in this webcast will earn you 1.25 hours of IIROC Continuing Education Compliance Credits.
