Earlier this year, IIROC published a “Cyber Governance Guide”. In this webcast, we discuss elements of the guide including the importance of good governance in building a robust cybersecurity program at a firm. We also talk about how to identify and manage key cybersecurity risks, and what legal and insurance aspects need to be taken into consideration.
