Following a hearing held on January 21, 2022 in Toronto, Ontario, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) suspended the membership rights and privileges of Regent Capital Partners Inc.  The suspension is effective January 21, 2022.
