Pursuant to an Order, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) has terminated Pace Securities Corp.’s IIROC membership. The termination is effective December 8, 2021.

Pace Securities Corp. has been suspended since May 21, 2020.
