A new training seminar “Overview of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF)” has been developed by the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF) to help individual employed by IIROC member firms learn about CIPF and meet their IIROC Compliance CE requirements.

This seminar includes an interview with Rozanne Reszel, President and CEO of CIPF, reviewing key questions about CIPF. Towards the end of the seminar, you will be led through a quiz that reviews the main content of the seminar. The quiz is voluntary and the correct answer for each question will be announced during the video.

Your completion of this webcast will earn you 0.5 hours of IIROC Continuing Education Compliance Credits.

This webcast will be available for viewing in English on June 23 at 7am Eastern time and on a 24/7 basis after that date.

As of January 1, 2023 the MFDA and IIROC have come together as New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada (New SRO).

New SRO has assumed the regulatory responsibilities of the MFDA and IIROC.
