IIROC and the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC) hosted a live virtual conference on Thursday, December 9, 2021, to discuss innovation in the Canadian investment industry.

This webcast features a discussion about personalization and building the ultimate personalized experience for customers. The panel discusses investor behavior, psyche, and why personalization is so important, the role of advisors in delivering a personalized service to their clients, and the data strategies some companies are putting in place in order to better compete. The panel also discusses big tech versus big bank, and who has the inside track on winning the race on providing the best personalized experience.
