September 22, 2021 (Toronto, Ontario) –  The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) is withdrawing the allegation of a regulatory contravention against Gerald Douglas McRae. IIROC's decision was based upon a reassessment of the case. 

The withdrawn allegations are outlined in the Notice dated June 16, 2020.
