Following an expedited hearing held on Friday, February 24, 2011, in Toronto, Ontario, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (“IIROC”) ordered the suspension of the membership rights and privileges of First Leaside Securities Inc. It further ordered that First Leaside Securities Inc. immediately cease dealing with the public.
The Order came into effect on February 24, 2012. A copy of the Hearing Panel’s Order is available at:
