Pursuant to an Order, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) has terminated Dominick Capital Corporation’s IIROC membership. The termination is effective November 7, 2020. 

Dominick Capital Corporation has been suspended since August 16, 2019.
