IIROC Highlights
In 2021, IIROC engaged Deloitte to develop a cybersecurity self-assessment tool to help small and medium-sized firms identify areas of strength and weakness based on their information security practices.
IIROC released its annual Enforcement Report, which highlights enforcement activities and IIROC’s continued efforts to protect investors and the integrity of Canada’s capital markets.
The CSA has led a thoughtful and deliberate consultation on the appropriate framework for self-regulation. This work is important to Canadians and their financial futures.
