IIROC provides a Notice to Public regarding the details of future hearings. These notices announce the time, date and location of a discipline hearing or a hearing to deal with matters relating to the discipline hearing (e.g. motion or set date) as well as a brief summary of the issues involved in the matter.
A Notice of Hearing is a public document that outlines alleged facts and misconduct and gives information on where and when a hearing into these matters will take place.
